We're a small team of 2 ish people — building this thing order by order. So when something's actually wrong, we want to know. Personally. Not through a return label and a warehouse we've never seen.
Before you order: check that size chart!
These are unique, fashion-forward silhouettes, not your average tee.
Sizing runs differently piece to piece.
Pull up the chart, measure something similar you already own, and compare. Two minutes now saves you a headache later.
What we'll make right
If something arrives actually wrong — not "I don't love it," but genuinely wrong — we've got you:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The color is very noticeably off from what was shown
- We shipped you the wrong item
- The size chart itself was inaccurate for that piece
If any of the above happens: email us photos and tell us what's up. We'll talk it through with you like real people, because we are, and we'll get you sorted — usually with a replacement in the correct size or a corrected item, since we print on demand and don't hold warehouse stock to swap from.
What we can't do
We're not able to accept returns or exchanges for:
- "I just don't like how it looks on me"
- Ordering the wrong size without checking the chart first
- Minor, expected variation in distressed, washed, or vintage-style pieces (more on that below)
We know that's more direct than most return policies. We'd rather be upfront with you than pretend to be a big-box return machine we're not.
A note on "vintage wash," "distressed," and anything described as "pre-worn"
If a piece is described as stone-washed, distressed, vintage-finish, or anything in that family — that treatment is intentionally irregular. No two pieces come out exactly alike, the wear pattern will vary, and the finished color can run lighter, darker, or slightly different than the product photo depending on the batch and your screen. That's not a flaw, that's the whole point of the technique.
If you're someone who wants everything perfectly consistent and predictable, this specific style might not be your favorite — and that's okay! Just know going in what you're getting.

We're a print-on-demand shop — nothing sits around waiting for you on a shelf, it gets made once you actually hit "order."
That's better for the planet, means every piece is fresh, and also means shipping works a little differently than your average store.
Here's the real deal, no corporate fluff.
Where your stuff comes from (and why)
We fulfill from a few different places, including overseas. That's on purpose — some of the most unique silhouettes, fabrics, and finishes we wanted for this brand just aren't available from domestic manufacturers. We'd rather bring you the good stuff than settle for what's easy to source locally.
How long it takes
Once you order, we need a little time to actually make your piece:
- Production time: 2-4 business days
After that, shipping depends on where that specific item is coming from. Could arrive in 5 days could arrive in a few weeks.
In our experience, when something ships from overseas, it's arrived in the US in under 2 weeks. We can't promise that every single time — customs, carriers, and the universe occasionally have other plans — but that's genuinely what we've seen so far.
Multiple items, multiple locations
Ordering more than one thing? Don't be surprised if they show up separately, on different days. Since pieces can come from different places, we can't guarantee everything in one order arrives together — but each item gets its own tracking, so you're never left guessing.

Always. It's built into our pricing, so you'll never see a shipping charge at checkout.
Tracking
You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships. If something looks stuck or weird, just reach out — we're a small team, and we'll actually help you figure it out instead of pointing at a tracking number and disappearing.
